Name: Joe'Blog' stands for "Web Log". A blog is a web-based bulletin board, a "BB"... I had a friend in the Army who used to dial into a BB in New York all the way from Detroit, MI. That was back in 1986. He had built a computer himself, a 386 box, and invited me to his house to see it. I remember him dialing in... It must have cost him a small fortune. The BB was a text-mode application, that's all, and only one person could be connected to it at a time. It didn't interest me much. Then I heard of "blogging", but what could that mean? Now I know.
